Hi all,
MYOB is releasing an update to their business API which will impact those who have a MYOB connection.
From 1 September 2026, MYOB will no longer allow a single connection to access multiple company files. Modano will instead be granted access on a per-file basis, configurable when your MYOB connection(s) are created and/or refreshed.
As such, you may need to refresh your MYOB connection(s). To refresh your MYOB connection(s):

Navigate to the Connections page in your Modano account.

Under the Connection heading in the connections table, click Refresh to refresh any broken connections.
You’ll then be prompted my MYOB to log into your account and reauthorise Modano on a per-file basis.
